COMMUNITY POLICING IN WIMBLEDON PARK

A Thank You from your new Community Officer

Firstly can I thank all those residents in Wimbledon Park who have made me feel so welcome since my arrival as your new community police officer. I have met many of you whilst plodding the beat and I hope to devote as much of my time as possible to foot patrol in your area. however, inevitably there will be times that I will be absent due to other policing commitments and therefore I will rely on you to let me know what is going on and where, and any problems you may have. My contact details are on this page and on various posters in local churches and library. I look forward to meeting you soon.

Neighbourhood Watch Street Co-ordinators

We need street co-ordinators in the following roads to help with running Neighbourhood Watch Schemes

Desperately required in:
Ryfold Road, Farquhar Road, Arthur Road, Durnsford Road.

Not quite but almost desperately needed in: Stroud Road, Strathmore Road

It's a painless job that leaves no scars - please contact Carl Wonfor for more information

There have been a large number of complaints about dogs fouling the footway. It is an offence to allow your dog to do so and although it is not an offence dealt with by the police, I will be passing on  to the borough council the details of anyone who's dog falls foul of the law, so please be warned.            Carl Wonfor
