Dear Residents,

This is a plea for sympathy as I have just moved and my stress level is very high. Everything seems to need fixing and everyone is far too busy. So I will stop tearing my hair out just for long enough to say congratulations to all those of you who are working so successfully on getting rid of graffiti, thanks to all who replied to the CPZ consultation and finally.

My very best wishes to all for a happy holiday season.
