Wimbledon Park Hall Hire agreement

Hall Charges are as follows:

Occasional users:

During weekdays until Friday at 6.30pm £35.00 per hour

After Friday 6.30pm, Saturday and Sunday £45.00 per hour

Regular users: Charges will be less than those above and by negotiation based on usage.

All Bookings will be for a minimum of two Hours

Confirmation of bookings is subject to receipt of a Deposit cheque for £200. This will not be cashed but held until after after the event. Please see the terms of the Hire Agreement (below) for further details. 

  • All cheques should be made out to ‘Wimbledon Park Community Trust’ and posted to 

          56 Home Park Road, SW19 7HN.

  • If you prefer to make a bacs payment, the details are: Barclays: sort code 20-90-74: Account no. 83347664

Please make sure your hire fee is paid a week before the day of the event to ensure         access

  • Please also make arrangements to pick up a key for access at least two days before the event.
